VegetablesVegetables are omnipresent in French cuisine , as sides or as a dish in itselves.

In this lesson, learn how to handle vegetables in three different recipes :

 

- Stuffed tomatoes and stuffed pepper

- Stewed vegetables (Ratatouille)

Mashed vegetables (Puree de legumes)

 

 

Each dish will be tasted.
